Fennec.World Ecosystem Policy

This policy applies to all projects, services, products, and platforms created or operated by Fennec.World, including but not limited to: ORBS Blockchain, WorldPass, Stella AI, all websites created using Stella AI technologies, and any other projects owned or associated with Fennec.World.

By using any Fennec.World service or project, visiting our websites, or using our software, you automatically agree to this policy and its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not use our services.

1. Information Collection and Storage
1.1. By using our services, you agree that Fennec.World may collect, process, and store your personal information.
1.2. All sensitive information is stored in encrypted form.
1.3. Information may be shared with third parties if required by law or if Fennec.World decides such sharing is necessary for law enforcement or other legitimate purposes.
1.4. Fennec.World will never disclose its encryption keys for its projects or products.

2. Third-Party Services
2.1. If our platforms use third-party services (e.g., Google, Amazon, or others), by using our services you automatically agree to their respective policies.
2.2. All information held by Fennec.World and its projects may be automatically transferred to the "SecAI" system for security purposes.
2.3. If "SecAI" detects suspicious or potentially illegal activity, it has the right to inform law enforcement in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and Usage Rules
3.1. Our services are available to all users, regardless of age.
3.2. When holding a WorldPass, you must provide accurate and truthful data and never share your login credentials with others.
3.3. If false or incorrect information is detected, your WorldPass account may be temporarily suspended (frozen).
3.4. Accounts cannot be permanently banned – they may only be frozen until the issue is resolved.

4. ORBS Blockchain Provisions
4.1. ORBS Blockchain reserves the right to block any wallet along with all funds in it if any activity violates laws or system rules.
4.2. Funds from blocked wallets may be non-refundable.

5. Payments and Subscriptions
5.1. When using the Invoice and Subscriptions systems through WorldPass or other Fennec.World projects, Fennec.World assumes no responsibility for where and to whom the payment was made.
5.2. Once a payment is made, the funds will not be refunded under any circumstances, unless required by law.

6. General Provisions
6.1. By using any Fennec.World project or service, you unconditionally agree to all terms of this policy.
6.2. Fennec.World reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on official Fennec.World websites.
6.3. Continued use of services after policy changes means you agree to the updated version.
